Got me to a half marathon and beyond
I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and because it was one of the few training methods that seemed to fit my life. I don't have time to run every day or even four days a week because of work and other things that matter to me. But following the three targeted runs over a sixteen week period, I moved up from being a 10K runner to running a half marathon race. In fact, I finished the race in less time than I expected. I credit the training program in this book for getting me there and for inspiring me to consider a marathon as my next step. Highly recommended.
